We are not the SBB Customer Service. Whether a ticket is refunded against the actual rules in place, is up to the Customer Service.
Normally, tickets are not refunded as everyone who wants a refund made somehow a mistake or has at least a good reason why they want a refund. This is the risk you take if you enter a contract with strings attached.
If your train ticket was for a trip after arrival by air, you are advised to purchase tickets at regular fare. Supersaver tickets become invalid if there was a flight delay - without exceptions.
