Requesting for potential change in dates for supersaver tickets

Hello. I booked 6 Supersaver tickets from Geneva to Interlaken but mistakenly booked the date for 26 March, instead of 27 March. I fully admit my responsibility and humbly request the possibility to switch dates please. I am a student and it would be very very much appreciated if this was allowed, I am so sorry

You can cancel the supersaver tickets only within 30 minutes.

Hello. Unfortunately, I have booked the without logging in so I was unable to cancel them despite noticing within the 30min. I had filled in the refund form. I am trying to contact the hotline (from France) but have not been able to get through. Is there another number to call? Also, if I rebook the tickets for the correct day, and it follows the exact same route and time, if i book full price tickets, will I be able to get some of the money back from the wrong booking? I really appreciate it!

We are not the SBB Customer Service. Whether a ticket is refunded against the actual rules in place, is up to the Customer Service.

Normally, tickets are not refunded as everyone who wants a refund made somehow a mistake or has at least a good reason why they want a refund. This is the risk you take if you enter a contract with strings attached.

If your train ticket was for a trip after arrival by air, you are advised to purchase tickets at regular fare. Supersaver tickets become invalid if there was a flight delay - without exceptions.
