Turns out one of my saver day pass that I print on my trip was missing so I use the app and the ticket checker did asked a lot of question regarding the refund ticket pop up on the app. Even when I told her I had call the service centre cancel the refund. She tried to find fault in my cases. I also double check when I arrived zurich at service centre to ensure the ticket still valid. Yeah, I’m kind of prepared for everything and it can be stressful to explain everytime.
Maybe in future the app can be update to remove the refund sign. It was hassle to explain to ticket checker for the train I hop on
I’m not cancelling the ticket for fun as my flight get cancelled last minute and I was in anxiety state and cancelled the ticket. They then find a reroute path for me to reach zurich for my trip. And I only know the reroute 2 days before my flight.
