I booked three Saver Day Passes using the SBB Mobile App on my smartphone.
After the purchase, all three Saver Day Passes appear correctly under “Orders” in the app.
However, when I log in with the same ID on my computer and check the “Orders” section,
only two of the passes are displayed. The display period is correct, so that is not the issue.
Why are only two passes shown on the computer?
Even if only two are displayed, can I be sure that all three passes have been properly reserved?
