Hello, I have lost a gold ring on the train RE33 18433 (Annemasse -Lausanne) on the 29/03, specifically between the Renens stop (arrival time: 20:53) and Lausanne stop (arrival time: 20:59). The train was put away in the garage straight afterwards, so the cleaning crew must have found it, but I still haven’t heard anything from the lost & found team.
How long does it take for the cleaning crew to declare what they have found on the train? I am almost sure no passenger took it since the train was almost empty, and the ring was hidden between the seat backrest (where I left it).
