I have a SwissPass card, customer number, and my SwissPass Mobile is activated.
My wife also has a SwissPass card, customer number, but the mobile activation will not work (Samsung S24). The message states:
Activation not possible.
Make sure that you are connected to the internet and try again.
We are both US residents and have half fare cards that will become active in May upon arrival. Any help in getting her phone to activate with her SwissPass would make our visit easier. Thank you.
