If you want combining two payment methods, the only way is purchasing the GA at the travel center. The online checkout is not capapble to handle both. Since the use case is rare, website development ressources are better invested elsewhere.
And, when purchasing it at the travel center, they will issue a temporary SwissPass right away, until the card has been dispatched.
