"Tickets from CHF 14.20" shown, click through and all prices are higher

I am new to the SBB mobile app. I purchased a half fare card and it is in my app. It is valid starting at the end of April I want to purchase a ticket from Zurich to Chur in the morning on May 1. I see there is an 8:38 train and at the bottom of the screen there is a red button that says “Tickets from CHF 14.20” When I select that I see a regular offer for CHF 42.00 some add-ons a saver offer from 24.80 and additional offers of CHF 17.20, CHF 30.00 and a reservation only for CHF 5.00. If I select Saver offer the red button at the bottom say s"Purchase ticket for CHF 24.80. Does that include my half fare card discount? If not how do I ensure it uses my half fare card?

When adding the passenger’s name and date of birth, be sure to indicate that you have the discount “Half Fare Travelcard”. The price should be automatically corrected.

Thank you I had done that and had indicated the half fare discount. In the end I deleted and reinstalled the app, re-logged in and then the half fare fares showed up.
