I understand that according to the SEMI FLEX STANDARD fare rules, a refund before departure is possible with a €40 deduction per ticket.
However, I am unable to process the refund on the SBB website. The system indicates that this ticket cannot be refunded online.
Could you please assist with a manual refund for this booking?
