I bought 2 Swiss half fare cards to travel in Switzerland in April. Unfortunately my Passport was lost on the plane and i was denied entrance into the Amsterdam. This made it so I could not go to Switzerland. for this reason I am asking for a refund. I have tried calling the SBB phone number but it is not working even with my international phone plan. I have tried signing up for a phone call but i am guessing since my phone number is out of the country it is not recognizing it as a good phone number. What can i do?
