Luzern Interlaken Express: panoramic coach

Hello,
We would like to travel from Luzern to Interlaken (we have a Swiss Travel Pass). We have seen the PanoramicExpress trains which in summer leave at xx:06 and require seat reservation, but also an IR train with the same stops and also a panoramic coach, for instance IR3084 at 09:24. Can we buy a seat reservation for this coach in this train? If yes, at sbb.ch?
Other question for the traject, are there places for big trolleys in the train?

The PE ‘LIX’ leaving at xx.06 has different stops than the IR ‘S-LIX’ leaving at 9.24 and 10.24 on some days. I do not think that a seat reservation is possible for the S-LIX trains and I am also not sure if they are run with the same rolling stock as the regular LIX trains.
It is not true that you need a seat reservation. The Swiss Travel Pass is completely sufficient for travelling. It might be a bit full as the line suffers to some extent from overtourism, so a seat reservation is a good idea on days with high demand, such as during summer. Here is a place to buy them. As far as I know, it is not possible to reserve seats on the S-LIX.
There is limited luggage space on the trains, as there are a lot of tourists with a lot of luggage traveling on these trains. It should work as long as you can safely handle the luggage on your own and it does not exceed the maximal luggage size limit of 100 * 60 * 80 cm. Do not place the luggage where it blocks paths or other seats.

XL luggage is generally an issue on Swiss trains, in particular with Luzern-Interlaken Express.

You should try to travel light-weight when ever possible or use the station to staton baggage service from SBB.

Unfortunately we must travel with the bagages with us because we will be traveling everyday so we won’t be able to use the shipping option. And we are a family of four, so even packing light means a big trolley.
