After having to wait 45min our train because it had a delay that nobody is able to justify, we find out that the cafeteria is closed during the duration of our journey. The water of the toilets is not drinkable, and nobody onboard of the train is able to provide a solution, because no where to be found. I run out of water and I need to take my medicines. How should we do it SBB? Should I wait your self-service stations to get water or a refill solution? Considering the country we are and the price of the Train ticket it’s kind of unacceptable to not have the minimum available.
