I want to book ticket from Kastanienbaum, Krämerstein to Mt. Titlis.

I am booking from SBB app. i am getting ticket to all the way up to titlis including cable cars. My query is does the ticket includes Mt. Titlis excursion? What is the diffrerece between booking from SBB app and buying Mt. Titlis ticket at engelberg station? And does the SBB ticket includes all attractions like Ice flyer, TITLIS Cliff Walk, Access to and use of snow toys in the TITLIS Glacier Park, A visit to the Glacier Cave etc.

The price for the Titlis is the same on SBB app or at Engelberg station (CHF 102 without any discount). From Kastanienbaum, Krämerstein the price is about CHF 150 and the transportation to the summit is included.

Danhiel Thanks for the prompt reply. I wanted to ask whether SBB tiket ll attractions which is include in Titlis ticket bought from titlis station? And if the same concept applies to Mt. Pilatus.
I am unable to book ticket for Jungfraugh. For Jungfraugh we only get ticket till grindelwald terminal.

No attractions are included in the SBB tickets, but most of them are free of charge. You can also check out this offer (I don’t know if it will again be available in summer 2026):

If you plan a lot of mountain excursions, buy a Swiss Half Fare card:

Look at this site to find the different options from Lucerne to the Pilatus with cable car, train and/or boat (e.g Golden Round Trip, Silver Round Trip). A reservation may be advisable in summer.

It is a waste of money if you do both: the Titlis, and the Jungfraujoch.

Both mountain excursions are extremely expensive, even for us, the locals. Knowing the ticket costs, I sometimes wonder how tourists can afford visiting both, though. Yet, Titlis and the Jungfraujoch do offer both the same: moutain and glacier views.

If you want to experience snow, however, you should go to Jungfraujoch. Titlis, at the mountain top, is not having snow in summer anymore, thanks to climate change.

So my advise: choose either Titlis or Jungfraujoch, not both.

Thanks for the advice. I do have a half fare card. I am visiting next week around 24th april. Hopefully weather is on our side. Its really confusing sometimes on sbb app. I am getting point to point class upgrade ticket of pilatus at a very low price then the Mt excursion ticket. Hence was confirming. Can you tell point to point class upgrade ticket is valid for specific time? Or whole day but route start and end should be same.

A class upgrade is to travel in first class, but it is only valid if you already have a second class ticket. It is inexpensive because no first class is available on the cable car, you should buy a second class return point-to-point ticket, valid during the day of validity for one round trip. Note that the cogwheel railway is currently not in service, you have to take the cable car from Kriens.
