Just want to check I’ve done this right. My train was cancelled due to a technical fault right at the point I started eating in the SBB restaurant car. The host requested payment for my untouched food and my drink - I was in a hurry to make the next train so didn’t want to waste time arguing.
Can I just check I’ve done the right thing complaining to SBB about this - I did not see a way of contacting Elvetino who shows on my receipt.
