Cannot purchase P+Rail Monthly parking pass

I am trying to purchase the P+Rail Monthly and Annual Pass for parking from https://sbb-tickets.cc/en/offers/park-and-rail-monthly-annual-pass. After filling in the info I am faced with this error:

Travelcard required.
P+Rail Passes are only available with a public transport travelcard (e.g. GA, Half Fare Travelcard PLUS, Point-to-Point Travelcard etc.). However, you can purchase P+Rail Day Passes.

I do have a Half Fare Travelcard and Half Fare Travelcard PLUS in my account. Can someone help me understand if I miss anything?

RedBaron Thanks for your info. I tried this using a friend’s account which has Half Fare Travelcard (but not Half Fare Travelcard PLUS) but it also doesn’t work. I wonder which kinds of travel cards would work with the website. I guess I’ll contact a sales point directly.
