It’s a 50/50 situation.i have reported many lost items on the sbb buses and trains but gives me no match.i think most of the things are taken my those that clean the trains,that’s why when am on a bus and someone forgets something i take it upon myself to get the item and hand it over to the driver but it’s difficult when am on a train because I do not even know how to access the driver.today i forgot my bag on an S4 train to rapperswil,and immediately after 2 minutes I called them,they just asked me to register it on lost and found,which i immediately did.but until now,no response.
