Thanks for respecting the fact that we are not the SBB customer service. We are the SBB Community, a support page run by volunteering travel experts.
Supersaver tickets are cheaper than regular tickets, yet they do come with some strings attached, such as valid for a certain train only. That’s part of the deal and you acknowledged it wile purchase. Also, on the ticket the connection is clearly mentioned ‘Only valid for…’, thus you cannot claim that you did not know.
You broke the deal, thus you faced a surcharge.
In my opinion, it is all transparent, even for someone that is not using the public transit often - see the screenshot below.
