Even if you bought them as unregistered guest, you should be able to print the received confirmation mail including the QR code. Or forward that mail to some other device attached to a printer.
If bought as registered user, the tickets are available as downloadable/printable PDF in your order history under your profile at sbb.ch (via browser).
