International bike reservation to Lindau

I want to travel with my bike from Bern to Lindau-Reutin on an IC & EC train, switching in Zurich. I have already bought a Bike Day Pass and now want to buy a ticket for me, along with the CHF2 bike reservation fee. I can’t do this online, nor am I able to do so on bahn.de or oebb.at. Can I buy the bike reservation when I arrive in Bern? Or is there another way?

I suggest using IC and regional trains instead of the EuroCity which are not really suitable for bike transportation. Possibly the bike spaces are already taken.

Also, you could bike yourself from St. Margrethen or Romanshorn to Lindau. There is no need for a train, as the region around Bodensee offers great biking routes; a lot of people travel there for this leisure activity.
