Swiss Half Fare Card and Paris to Lucerne Ticket

Hi, I bought the Swiss Half Fare Pass and then purchased a ticket from PAris to Lucern. Its a High Speed TLV Lyria from Paris to Basel and then IC from Basel to Lucern. But looks like I got charged 30 franc per adult for the Basel to Lucern portion = 90 CHF for 3. While if i price this ticket separately, it applies the day saver for half fare pass on this train leg and charges only 20 CHF or so. How to ask for refund or is this a done deal?

Also, I am buying Interlaken to Gstaad and its applying day saver which is great. Then I’ve to buy Gstaad to Paris too for later time same day. How do i make it use the day saver purchased before? Looks like its again charging for Gstaad to Montreaux

You probably forgot to indicate that you have a Half Fare Card. I suggest to contact the SBB to see if a refund is possible, see options at the bottom of this page:

You must buy the ticket to Paris from the departure station of the TGV, Lausanne or Geneva depending on the timetable, but not from Gstaad. Your Saver Day Pass is valid everywhere in Switzerland and not for a specific route.
