Hello everyone, our flights on Swiss Air from America were recently cancelled due to the fuel shortage. So I need to cancel our train trips. I did not have any problem cancelling/getting refund for Zurich to Geneva. But we also have a Paris to Zurich round trip, and Milan to Lucerne (one way) that I purchased on the SBB website but when I try to get a refund it states that I cannot do it through the site. Any suggestions? Is there someone who I can email? Or do I just need to call? Thank you very much. We are devastated to have our trip cancelled, but need to try to get reimbursed.
