Morganeee I really need help. I accidentally bought a train ticket on the wrong date and I was stuck in In Milan for awhile. I could not return to Switzerland but luckily my friend bought another ticket under my name today but apparently I have booked a ticket for the next day when I was supposed to have just a visit one day trip to Milan is it possible if I get a refund? I have bought another ticket to return back the same day but I still have the accident ticket that was for tomorrow which I will not be using
