Hello everyone, travelling to Italy today, I had bookmarked my journey in the SBB mobile app. At the scheduled arrival time, the app informs me that I have reached my destination, when in fact my train is almost an hour late. This is worse than useless. If it is not possible to give correct information in the app, then it would still be better to give NO information at all than to give WRONG information. Best wishes.
