Issue with ticket purchase

Hello for 3 days (May 2-4, 2026) now I have been trying to purchase 2 SuperSaver tickets online from Basel to Luzern. Using both MasterCard and Visa and the response is always “technical issue” or something similar. Both bank cards are current and valid. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It is a known problem, a lot of people cannot buy tickets with some foreign credit cards. Try to buy the same tickets on https://int.bahn.de/en to see if it works better.
