2 days ago I used the easy ride option for the first time to get my train ticket, the total amount of the travel calculated according to the distance was 3fr. However, before beginning my trip i was charged 90fr which i never got back. Do you know the fastest and most effective way to get those 90fr back? I can’t understand why they took 90fr from me.
