Name and date of birth input error

“On July 20, 2026 and July 26, 2026, I mistakenly entered the wrong name and date of birth for two train tickets. Could you please correct them? The name and date should be changed from RAKGO JIN, 25.06.1962 to RAKGI JIN, 25.02.1962. I would be grateful if you could update the tickets and resend them to me.”

We are not the SBB Customer Service
It is not possible to alter tickets (name change, date of birth change, etc.)

What is the ticket type? Regular tickets and Supersaver Flex can be cancelled for a fee. Saver tickets cannot be cancelled, they are lost.

For data protection reasons, please do not mention e-mail adresses on public websites. SBB is not contacting their customers through e-mails.
