I am trying to submit a delay compensation claim for my SBB journey, but the online form requires an IBAN.
I am a traveler from Korea and I do not have a bank account with an IBAN. In this case, would it be possible to process the compensation as a refund to the credit card I used for payment instead?
I purchased both my ticket and my friend’s ticket using my card, and I would like to ask whether compensation for both tickets can be refunded to the same card.
