I want to request a refund for a Super Saver ticket I purchased two days ago.
Unfortunately, I made a clerical mistake and selected 05:00 instead of 17:00 for my travel time.
I intended to travel at 17:48, and it was a complete oversight on my part regarding the AM/PM difference.
If you could please process a refund for this incorrect ticket, I will immediately purchase a new ticket for the correct 17:48 time (or a Saver Day Pass).
I understand that a processing fee of 10 CHF may apply to this refund, and I am willing to accept that.
