I tried to order tickets last night on SBB and the money has gone but no tickets

When I tried to order tickets on SBB website last night it said there was an error, but in my bank account the money has been taken. However I have received no tickets. I entered the correct email address but have not received the tickets. Does anyone know how to solve this problem please?

If you use Google, you will find a response.

You did not pay for the ticket yet.

The money is not taken from your account, it is a reservation. It will be cancelled in a few days; ask your bank. Thank you.

And, your credit card must support 3D secure ID.

If there has been some error - that could happen for a variety of reasons both on SBB side and on user side - and the ticket could not be delivered, the money is not taken. It is usually just ‘reserved’ and will be transferred back to your account within a few days (it might take a little longer because tomorrow is a public holiday in Switzerland so I am not sure whether bank transfers happen tomorrow). So you will get back your money evetually and the notice in your bank account will resolve itself. The solution is simply to wait for a few days.
