Family Pass Question

I purchased three adult half fare cards, and I didn’t see the option to add the family pass. Perhaps I missed it. I have three kids and am planning on the Swiss Family Pass for them. Can I stop at an SBB office at the Zurich airport and get the Swiss Family Pass there if I show the half fare cards and passports?

You probably missed to add the children during the Swiss Half Fare Card purchase, to get the complimentary Swiss Family Card.
Yes, provided the travel center is open at the time of your arrival, you can get it at the SBB travel center.

Thank you very much. Can I get a refund for the three half fare cards and try again so I get the family pass? Or is there a processing free taken out if I do a refund? (My travel date starts June 1)

If you haven’t purchased them from SBB and as a registered sbb.ch user (if so, you can cancel them for free), you will pay CHF 10 per cancellation request ( = 30 CHF) as the cancellation is to be done manually by a staff.
