If you have a QR-Code either in the SBB mobile app or in the confirmation e-mail and you did not initiate a refund, you should have a valid ticket.
I would suppose that for some reason the purchase failed and the money was returned for that reason.
Note that you can’t buy a SwissPass, you can only buy tickets and load them onto the Swisspass. It’s kind of a ‘wallet’ for train tickets, and it is directed towards residents rather than tourists.
You might have bought the Swiss Travel Pass (for which you don’t need to have a SwissPass!)?
