Hello everyone, I am wondering what type of SBB mobile kind of mobile app is this, I was just checking up the tickets prices of tickets and automatically the money deducted from my card. I then saw a refund option, I clicked the refund, it shows the money is refunded while no money reached to my account. Could you please help me to whom I can talk for refund.
