I have signed up for a Swiss Pass, however, continue to see this error message on my Swiss Pass page of the TPG site: “Please add the necessary documents to complete your customer association.” When I click on this, it prompts me to “make the official picture of your SwissPass card” but then I cannot advance or complete any actions. I believe I have already completed all of the necessary actions to register (see below), and this seems to be a website bug, but, I want to ensure my registration is complete before buying monthly or annual passes. Has anyone else encountered this issue and know how to resolve it?
Other relevant details:
Registered for my Swiss Pass; have a customer number, issued Swiss Pass Mobile with a headshot photo I uploaded in, I think the physical card is in the mail?
Swisspass.ch site shows “Card Status: Active”
I see my mobile pass with photo in both TPG+ and SBB mobile apps
I also continue to receive the following email:
