I would like to request a refund regarding an additional ticket charge on my journey from Luzern to Grindelwald on 27 May 2026.
I had already purchased a valid 1st class reduced fare ticket in the SBB app for the 12:06 connection from Luzern to Grindelwald via Interlaken Ost. The ticket was valid for the exact train and date of travel.
During the ticket inspection, I showed my valid mobile ticket to the conductor. At that time, I was sitting in a 2nd class seat, not in 1st class. However, I was informed that I needed to purchase another ticket, and I was charged an additional CHF 22.90 onboard.
Since I already had a valid ticket for this journey, I believe this additional charge may have been a misunderstanding. I would therefore like to kindly request a review and refund of the extra payment.
I can provide:
• the original SBB mobile ticket,
• the onboard payment receipt,
• and any additional information if needed.
