Catching an earlier train on a group ticket

Hello everyone, in July, 11 of us are travelling from Basel Flughafen to Spiez via Basel Bahnhof. Since we travelled last year the new EES entry system has been introduced at Swiss airports for uk travellers. Delays can be extensive. The plane is scheduled to land at 1100

We have usually boarded the 1258 but we might miss that train if the delays are long.

Can we catch the 1330 or later on the group ticket?

If we book the 1330 on the group ticket can we catch the 1258 or earlier?

Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Please discuss it with SBB: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7).

If you travel with another train than those confirmed by SBB you will loose your priority. In the worst case you will face a denied boarding by the train crew if the train cannot accept another group for security reasons.

Thanks Roland P for your reply. Is there another way of contacting SBB? Last time with the extra international charges the short phone call cost £25 (25CHF)
