Quocueyough14 I ordered a 15 consecutive day Swisspass last night but noticed the start date is incorrect. It shows valid start date is June 13 but should be June 12. I can’t get ahold of anyone in customer service. Thanks for the help!
RolandP Hello Quocueyough14 Good day… Your have to cancel the Swiss Travel Pass (not SwissPass, this is something else…). Each cancellation request costs CHF 10. Quocueyough14 Thank you Roland! I did cancel my Swiss Travel Passes and repurchased them. Too bad you can’t modify the dates especially when they are three weeks away. We are so looking forward to our trip :-)
