I purchased an Arcobaleno cross-border ticket from Milano Centrale to Lugano in the SBB Mobile app.
I tried to request a refund in the app, but I received the message:“Ticket refund not possible in the app” (Error code NTW 400).
Due to the train disruption/strike, I will not use this ticket and would like to request a manual refund.
The ticket was purchased via Apple Pay. I can provide the QR code, Ticket-ID and all booking details if needed.
Could you please advise how I can receive a refund for this unused ticket?
