Although customer service fixed the problem I had
with changing the ticket to the previous day, and I paid the difference they charged
And on the website in the personal area I saw the ticket after the change and even downloaded it,
Now, a few days before the trip I enter the personal area on the website again
And I see that all the changes they made to me have simply disappeared!!! The date has returned to the original date and the new ticket that they changed for me in customer service simply does not appear on the website!! If I did not have the ticket in the computer downloads I would think I was imagining, what could have happened?
In the personal area there is only one order and it is with the previous date that was canceled for me in customer service
