Last week (27th May), my partner and I bought a Saver day pass to use next week on 6th June. The problem it’s just today a new offer appears “Duo Tages karte”. With this offer, 2 people can have a Tageskarte for just 89chf (one of us having half-fare). I would like yo know if is possible to ask for a successful refund so I can buy the offer a save necesary money, or I’ll have to live with our bad luck?
