I would like to clarify my situation once again.
I did not request the cancellation of the reservation that I intended to use. However, that reservation was canceled, and as a result, I now have to make a new payment.
On the other hand, I requested the cancellation and refund of a different reservation, but this reservation is still active.
Additionally, I understand that seat reservations are generally non-refundable according to the policy. However, I am having difficulty understanding why the reservation I needed was canceled, while the reservation I requested to cancel cannot be canceled.
This situation is quite confusing for me, and it seems there may have been an error.
I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this matter again and, if possible, canceling the reservation I originally requested to cancel.
