When purchasing the new Full-Fare ticket, can I buy a "Full-Fare Supersaver ticket" (with 'No discount' selected), or does it have to be a standard Point-to-Point ticket? 3. You have to purchase an additional regular point-to-point ticket with Half Fare from SBB; it is valid together with your already purchased Supersaver ticket.

We do not suggest the purchase of tickets trough third parties such as Omio.

Btw, for what route is the ticket?

To answer your question, the routes I will be traveling are Zurich to Interlaken, Interlaken to Lucerne, and Lucerne to Zurich Airport.

Regarding your suggestion, could you please clarify one thing? When you say I should purchase an additional regular point-to-point ticket with Half Fare, does that mean I just need to buy the exact same routes and times as the wrongly booked Supersaver tickets, but this time selecting the Half Fare option?

Two half fare takes make a full fare ticket. So you buy normal (not supersaver) tickets at half price for the routes you plan to travel. Since normal tickets are not tied to a departure it does not really mater which time you choose, as the ticket is good for a whole day. Then with these two tickets you can travel.

if this is overwhelming you you can always just wait till you are here, and sort it out at the ticket office in a station.

What are you doing in Lucerne and Interlaken? Do you plan on doing any mountain excursions? The HFC also gives you 50% reduction on most mountain railways and cable car excursions. (eg. you also get 50% off on the Jungfraujoch). It may be the best option to just get a Half Fare Card.

Thank you for the suggestion! I actually plan to buy the Jungfrau VIP Pass for the mountain trips, so I don’t think I need the Half Fare Card.
