Swiss Travel Pass refund

Hello everyone,
I have to cancel my swiss flexi pass amd want to buy new one for less days.how do i do that. As i spoke to customer service they said i should buy new one first and then it can be refunded bit ot is already expensive is not a policy for refund if not even used yet

A Swiss Travel Pass Flex for fewer days than 15 days is not useful; you would better purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card plus Saver Day Passes or regular tickets.
