Refund on partial ticket

I need to get a refund on a ticket that is mixed ( Sparschiene/ Normalpreis). I have tried to contact the call center +41 848-44-66-88 and the menu does not lead to any option after I select option 4 for english. How can I get support for this refund ( partial on the normalpreis portion)? Thanks Paola Munoz

I assume this is an international journey, so changes or refunds must be requested either by phone or at a SBB counter. I recommend trying again, perhaps by using the number dedicated to calls from abroad: +41 51 225 78 56. The number is available 24/7.
