Seat reservation for ICE train booked via SBB — how can I select/view seats? ;(

Hello everyone,
I booked an international ticket through SBB for two passengers.

The route is Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Fernbf to Luzern, and the journey includes the ICE 105 segment from Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Fernbf to Basel SBB.

When booking, I paid for seat reservations for two passengers specifically for this ICE 105 segment. However, the travel document I received only shows the travel overview and connection details, and I cannot see any coach or seat numbers.

Could anyone let me know how I can view or select the reserved seats for this ICE segment?

If seat selection is not possible through SBB, does this mean the seat reservation was not actually issued? In that case, would the seat reservation fee be refundable, or should I contact SBB customer service directly?

If you paid for seat reservations they should have been issued. Seat reservation is however not automatic. And normally the reserved seats should be mentioned on the ticket somewhere. Look for something like “Wg. XX Pl. YY”
