Can I exchange or cancel only a partial ticket? I got round tickets from Zürich HB to München Hbf.
I would like to refund for München Hbf → Zürich HB portion of my Sparpreis Europa ticket.
The ticket condition says
Travel from/to Switzerland: exchange possible up to one day before validity, no refund.
Travel not from/to Switzerland exchange and refund possible for a CHF 10 fee up to one day before the 1st day of validity
