Hi.. SBB have found my article, and I wish to change my loss report collection station. How do i do that?

No, e-mail is not provided and would not be sufficient as it would take time until someone will read your message.
In this case, please go to an SBB travel office, they can make the change in person. Or, you may use the chat function SBB is offering; simply ask the bot to connect with an agent (see the button at the bottom of the page).

Thank you RolandP for your assistance with this. I attended the Zermatt SBB office who advise i would already be out of country by the time they redirected my article to a new station, Geneva, as i am flying back to Australia on Sunday. However, my original station for collection, Brig, received my article this morning and I have now just recovered it. Fantastic.
