Hello, SBB lost center manager,
I lost my bag including my passport on the train of SBB in Switzerland,
and I received an e-mail saying that I found my bag 6 days ago. (ADMIN: Reference number hidden by the moderators – Data protection)
However, I already returned to Korea, and I couldn’t receive it myself, so I called the SBB lost center manager on Friday, June 12, and changed the receiving method to overseas delivery.
I asked you because I said I would contact you through my e-mail at the time, but I haven’t heard back from your e-mail yet.
Also, a passport and a power bank are included in the bag, and since the passport is unnecessary, I would like to ask if it can be disposed of and delivered overseas as well.
(I’m inquiring because of the notice that the passport cannot be delivered.)
(The capacity of the power bank is estimated to be 10000mAh, but I need a definite confirmation.)
