I purchased a ticket from Milano Malpensa T2 to Bellinzona, payed with twint. Twint told me the payment has been accepted but no ticket were either send or saved in the FFS SBB mobile app. I had to repurchase in the same way with twint, and this time the ti ket appeared in the SBB app. How can I get a refund of my first payment?
