Boilloajuesh69 I forgot to switch off easy ride. I used it from freiesenbergstrasse to roentgenstrasse. Then I used a train from Zurich to Berlin but for that one I had the global pass from DB
RedBaron Hallo Boilloajuesh69 In the app, find that past EasyRide journey under Tickets, then tap that ‘report problem’ button (or whatever it is named in the English version) and explain your situation. The SBB customer service will then get back to you.
