Payment Error NTZVS-3014 – Saver Day Pass

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to buy a Saver Day Pass for 29 July 2026 (2nd class, CHF 70.00) but keep getting this error:

Error code: NTZVS-3014 (ID: D/VLA51)
“Your payment did not go through. Your card might be blocked, have expired or have exceeded the withdrawal limit.”

I contacted my bank and they confirmed:

My card is active and not blocked.

The transaction was approved on their side.

3D Secure verification was completed successfully.

I’ve already tried:

Clearing cache and cookies

Disabling VPN

Removing and re-adding my card

Using both the SBB website and SBB Mobile app

Nothing works. The chatbot couldn’t help with this specific error code either.

Has anyone else experienced this error? Any advice on how to get this purchase through?

If you cannot solve this problem, you can try with bahn.de or the DB Navigator app. Select any long journey, e.g. Zürich Flughafen - Zermatt, no matter where you really travel.
