Do you have a confirmation e-mail (containing a QR-code)?
If so, then don’t worry. The code in the e-mail suffices for travel (together with an identity document). You can either print it out or show it even directly on your phone/laptop (but be sure to have it charged sufficiently). When bought without login, the tickets are not displayed in the app and there is no way to import them (because there is no need to).
If you do not have such an e-mail, you do not have tickets, at least not directly from SBB. I assume you bought them from SBB and not from a reseller? The money potentially being shown as ‘deducted’ (it is actually only reserved, but not all online bankings display that properly) from your banc account will be transferred back (i.e. the reservation will disappear) within a few days and you need to rebuy ticket.
